The manual aims to be compliant with all requirements of the Specialist Quality Mark (SQM), General Criminal Contact (GCC) and current Transaction Criteria and is reviewed and amended regularly to take into account new requirements of the SQM and the GCC as they arise. 

The PDS reviews the Office Manual and related standard forms at least annually and publishes updates and amendments on both the LSC website and the intranet.
