In its judgment adopted on 19 of February 2013, in the case of Gani v. Spain (application no. 61800/08), which is not final, the European Court of Human Rights held, unanimously, that there had been no violation of Article 6 §§ 1 and 3(d) (right to a fair trial) of the European Convention on Human Rights.
